Alcohol (Liquor) Bylaw 2015
Horowhenua District Council's Alcohol (Liquor) Bylaw was adopted by Council on 4 May 2016 and came into effect from 5 May 2016.
Purpose of the Bylaw
The main purpose of this Bylaw is to enhance safety and public enjoyment of public places in a reasonable manner by providing for liquor control in specified areas to reduce the incidence of alcohol related offences.
