Strategic Property Acquisition Work is underway to determine the next stage of investment needed to unlock the opportunities offered by the six centrally located Oxford Street properties Council purchased through Central Government’s Better Off Funding in 2024. This will include a framework for bringing the properties to market by 2028 in an efficient and effective way. We’ll keep you updated as the project progresses.
