Capture Your Horowhenua - 'Reflection'

Capture Your Horowhenua is a seasonal photo competition, where we ask residents to submit photographs they have taken in our district, set to the season’s theme. 

The theme for the 2023 Autumn season was ‘Reflection’ and here are some of the finalists. Congratulations to winner Janette Webb who received the most votes for her scenic snap and took home a goodie bag full of local treats.

The theme for the 2023 winter season is ‘Matariki – honouring Hiwa-i-te-rangi – the attainment of goals, dreams and aspirations’. Finalists are on display at Te Takeretanga o Kura-hau-pō, or you can view entries and vote for your favourite photo online.
