Annual Reseal Programme 2023-2024 There will be resurfacing work as part of Council's Annual Reseal Programme. The first round of resurfacing work will commence in November 2023 when the air and ground temperatures are warmer and should be completed by February 2024.

Inflow & Infiltration Reduction Programme Council and the Horowhenua Alliance regularly conduct inspections of wastewater and stormwater pipes and gully traps on properties in Levin, to ensure there is no connection between stormwater pipework and the local sewer. These inspections will take place between early November and early-mid December 2021.
