Capture Your Horowhenua - 'Matariki – honouring Hiwa-i-te-rangi'

A seasonal photo competition, Capture Your Horowhenua gives local photographers an opportunity to have their work displayed each quarter.

The winter theme was ‘Matariki – honouring Hiwa-i-te-rangi – the attainment of goals, dreams and aspirations’, and the shortlisted entries were displayed in Te Takeretanga o Kura-hau-pō during the month of July 2023. 

Congratulations to winner Haley Fryer who received the most votes for her scenic snap and took home a goodie bag full of local treats.
