Restricted Fire Season

Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) has declared a Restricted Fire Season for the entire Horowhenua District, as of 8am on Friday 24 January 2020. A Prohibited Fire Season remains in place on all Horowhenua beaches and sand dunes.

Water Supply Restrictions - Levin and Ōhau, Foxton and Foxton Beach

Level 1 water restrictions are in place for Levin and Ōhau, until further notice, with Level 2 water restrictions in place for Foxton and Foxton Beach until further notice.
