Resident Satisfaction Surveys

Have your say - how are we doing? Each year we ask our community to provide feedback on Council services and community facilities. We use this feedback to understand what's working well and where we can improve. The online resident satisfaction survey covers the following areas:

Survey Results

Once we have analysed the results, we’ll present these to Elected Members in a public workshop.  We’ll look at the key themes and where we need to invest more time and resource to ensure we optimise business improvements.

All results will be made public once analysis and reporting are complete.
