Have your say – how are we doing?
The 2026 Voice of the Customer surveys are now open. These short surveys help us understand how our services and facilities are performing and where we should focus improvement efforts.

For every completed survey, you’ll go in the draw to win a Civil Defence Emergency Management preparedness package, designed to help a household manage safely during the first few days of an emergency.
Surveys close at midnight on Sunday 17 May 2026.

These items are designed to help a household manage safely during the first few days of an emergency. While Council plans and trains for emergency situations, response times can vary, which is why it’s important to be prepared.
The winner will be drawn at random and contacted by email. Full terms and conditions apply, find out more on our Competition Guidelines page.
You can find out how we manage your information on our Privacy Policy page.
Survey Results
Once we have analysed the results, we’ll present these to Elected Members in a public workshop. We’ll look at the key themes and where we need to invest more time and resource to ensure we optimise business improvements.
All results will be made public once analysis and reporting are complete.
