Horowhenua District Council provides an email service for the sending of Rates Invoices. Not only is this more efficient for you, it means you're helping Horowhenua District Council be more environmentally friendly.

If you'd like to receive your future Rates Invoices by email or update your details, complete our online registration form available below.

Please note: The registration form can only accept up to five properties at one time. If you own more than five properties, you'll need to complete the form more than once.
