Dog Pound

The Dog Pound is situated at the Horowhenua District Council depot entrance at 169 Mako Mako Road, Levin.

Owners of impounded dogs can make an appointment to collect their pets at any time between 7am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri and 8am – 4.30pm Weekends (excluding Public Holidays). To make an appointment, please contact Council on (06) 366 0999 or email enquiries@horowhenua.govt.nz
