ANZAC Day commemorates those we’ve lost to war and honours returned servicemen and women.

Join us in remembering them during ANZAC ceremonies in Horowhenua. Lest we forget.

Dates and Locations

Shannon Civic Ceremony

Assemble at 11.15am at the corner of Vance Street and Plimmer Terrace. The parade will move off to the Cenotaph at 11.25am for an 11.30am service.

In the event of bad weather, the service will move to the Shannon Memorial Hall on Grey Street. An announcement will be made on our Facebook page.
