ANZAC Day Levin Ceremonies

ANZAC Day commemorates those we’ve lost to war and honours returned servicemen and women.

Join us in remembering them during ANZAC ceremonies in Horowhenua. Lest we forget.

Dates and Locations

Levin Dawn Service

Assemble at the RSA on Devon Street at 5.45am. The parade will head to the Cenotaph at 6am for a 6.15am service. At 6.45am the parade will return to the RSA.

Provision will be made for those members unable to march to the Cenotaph from the Levin RSA.

In the event of bad weather, the Dawn Service will be moved to the Levin RSA on Devon Street. An announcement will be made on our Facebook page.

Levin Civic Ceremony

Parade to assemble outside Thompson House Gardens on Kent Street at 10am. The parade will move off to the Cenotaph at 10.10am for a 10.30am service.

In the event of bad weather, the Levin Civic Ceremony will take place inside Te Takeretanga o Kura-hau-pō. An announcement will be made on our Facebook page on ANZAC Day morning should we need to move to wet weather venues.
