How do I apply for a public speaking or busking permit?

Please contact Council to obtain an application form for approval. If you wish to speak or busk outside of a commercial premises or shop, permission must be obtained from the store owners/operators prior to requesting Council's permission.

Applications will be processed within 10 business days.
