Description: Applications received between 24 December 2025 and 4 January 2026 won't be reviewed, acknowledged, or processed during this period. Any applications submitted will be actioned as quickly as possible when our team returns on 5 January. The period between 20 December and 10 January is considered one working day under the Building Act 2024 and RMA 1991, so statutory timeframes aren't affected.
