We provide a safe and reliable water supply to residential, industrial, and commercial properties in Levin, Foxton, Foxton Beach, Tokomaru, Shannon and Mangaore. To a lesser extent a small number of properties in Hōkio Beach and Ōhau are also connected to Council water supplies.

In 2018, laboratory analysis of all water supplies in Horowhenua was conducted by IANZ-accredited Environmental Laboratory Services. The analysis showed that the town water supplied to our communities contains safe levels of heavy metals – none of the results exceeded the maximum safe level of trace heavy metals allowed by the Drinking Water Standards for New Zealand.
