Wastewater - Fees & Charges
Horowhenua District Council's fees and charges for the 2025/20265 financial year, adopted by Council on 14 May 2025 are available below.
All fees are stated as GST inclusive and are effective from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. Council reserves the right to review any fees and charges at any time. Please check with Council for any updates.
Where unusual circumstances justify, eg more than two connections, additional fees may apply. The application fee also includes water connections.
