As of Wednesday 13 December 2023, the Proposed Plan Change 5 (Waitārere Beach Growth Area) has been officially withdrawn.
This decision comes after the Plan was placed on hold for an extended period, largely due to the challenges associated with managing stormwater and wastewater.
This notice is issued in accordance with Clause 8(d) of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991.
