As Customer Support – Building, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Planning, Building, and Development Engineering teams throughout the consents process. You’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate advice, managing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is all about making a difference—helping customers navigate the process while ensuring our internal teams have the support they need to deliver high-quality outcomes.

We are open to flexible hours and can consider this being a part time opportunity.
He kōrero mōu – About you
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or office administration
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 or Google Suite, with excellent time management
- A proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to resolve issues at first contact
- A growth mindset and resilience in high-pressure situations
Experience in local government or consents processes would be an advantage, but not essential.
