Deanna Gunn (art and culture)

Deanna is an avid young artist. Her works produced in visual arts, painting, and design range from beautiful and touching, to deep and thought provoking. This was best illustrated in the past year when one of her artworks, showing the contrast between a ‘light and dark’ character, placed her within the top 50 students around New Zealand. She has already applied to begin a bachelor of applied visual imaging, and one day hopes she can use her skills to make a big splash in the field of illustration and animation.

The funds received will go towards purchasing new equipment, such as a laptop and an external hard drive, which will help her to achieve her goals.
