Any time there is a group of people together there is an inherent increase in risk. Horowhenua District Council requires you to complete an Event Notification Form if you are planning on hosting a public event that is likely to attract 100 people or more.
We can assist you with planning for any increased hazards that may arise with your event and help you with any licencing requirements. It also gives us the opportunity to pass on any useful tips we have gained through our experience.
Please submit your application at least twenty five (25) working days before your event.
