Rates Invoice by e-mail

Horowhenua District Council provides an email service for the sending of Rates Invoices.  Not only is this more efficient for you, it means that you're helping Horowhenua District Council be more environmentally friendly.

If you would like to receive your future Rates Invoices by e-mail or would like to update your details simply click on the Register online link provided below and complete our registration form.

Please note that the registration form can only accept up to five properties at one time. If you own more than five properties, you will need to complete the form more than once.
