Horowhenua District Council's fees and charges for the 2025/20265 financial year, adopted by Council on 14 May 2025 are available below. 

All fees are stated as GST inclusive and are effective from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. Council reserves the right to review any fees and charges at any time. Please check with Council for any updates.
