Can horses be walked in urban areas?

Horses can be walked in urban areas at any time. Riders must have control of their horse at all times, and they are required to ‘pick up’ horse droppings. Please see our Animal Nuisance and the Keeping of Pigs, Poultry and Bees Bylaw.
