Due to rail repairs on the rail lines, Downer will be temporarily closing the Tyne Street Rail Crossing. The closure details are;
Date: Sunday 28 August
Period of Closure: from 7:00am for up to 12 hours
Road: Tyne Street Rail Crossing, at State Highway 1
Detours will be in place and some of the works are set to take place during work hours. Poor weather may push back work dates. This is in line with legal requirements to notify of a road closure.
