I've been teaching Pilates for 25 years and trained in Polestar Mat, BASI: Comprehensive, Injuries & Pathologies, Pre & Post Natal and pilates for dancers.
I will always give you options and modifications but please note that general group classes are not suitable for pregnancies and serious injuries.
