Horowhenua District Council Sports Fields – Open (Some Restrictions)

All Horowhenua District Council sports fields are now open as surfaces have firmed up. At Easton Park (Foxton), the main rugby field remains closed until Saturday’s match but the designated training area is open.

Anzac Day

Horowhenua District Council’s main office will be closed on Monday 27 April, the observed Anzac Day public holiday. Residents and visitors are invited to attend Anzac Day observances throughout Horowhenua on Saturday 25 April. There are no changes to Monday kerbside rubbish and recycling collections.

The Horowhenua District Ratepayers and Residents Association Inc has been an incorporated society since approximately 2007.

Our aim and purpose is to work with our community for our community and work with Council for best outcomes for ratepayers and residents.

We are all volunteers and we work hard for best outcomes for our community.

We meet on the 2nd Monday of each month at 5.30pm - 7pm at Thompson House, 4 Kent Street, Levin.
