You can visit Horowhenua District Council in person at one of our Service Centres:

Monday to Friday (except Wednesdays): 9am to 5pm
Wednesday: 9.30am to 5pm

Closed: Weekends and Public Holidays.

Council can be contacted 24 hours a day 7 days a week by phone.

The Horowhenua District Council's Civic building’s structural integrity has been confirmed safe and sound.
