Horowhenua District Council's main office, Te Takeretanga o Kura-hau-pō, Shannon Library and Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom will be closed on Monday 19 January 2026 for Wellington Anniversary Day. There are no changes to Monday kerbside collections.
