Horowhenua District Council will be working on stabilising and improving the condition of Koputaroa Road, Levin.
The plan includes:
• stabilisation of existing pavement layer; and
• chip sealing which will be carried out on completion of stabilisation.
The work is scheduled to take place as follows:
Planned start date: Monday 15 April 2024
Expected completion date: Wednesday 1 May 2024 (depending on weather)
Work hours: Between 7am and 5pm on weekdays, with occasional weekend work if needed.
Affected Areas: Koputaroa Road, Levin.Heavy machinery will be operating throughout the project. Road closures will be in place between house number 563 and 684 from Monday 15 April to Friday 26 April 2024 during work hours. Detours will be in place and affected residents will be advised beforehand.
