Description: Horowhenua District Council approved to transfer the Foxton War Memorial Hall ownership at a Council meeting in October 2024, and voted to sell the Levin War Memorial Hall and Village Green at a Council meeting in March 2025. With the sale and purchase agreements in motion, Council won’t be taking any further bookings for these halls.
