From Wednesday 10 June 2020 opening hours will resume to 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Residents and customers are still able to contact us by telephone on 06 366 0999 or email at enquiries@horowhenua.govt.nz. We also have lots of services and information here on our website.

Main call centre hours

Our main call centre hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am to 5pm, and 9:30am to 5pm on Wednesdays. All phone calls outside these hours will be answered by our Afterhours service.
