Holben / Te Wharangi Reserve Concept Development Plan 'Open House'

Horowhenua District Council is seeking feedback from the community on the long-term development of Holben / Te Wharangi, one of Foxton Beach’s most popular parks.

Come along to one of our 'open house' drop-in sessions to learn more about the plan and provide feedback.

These drop-in sessions will still be going ahead, however Alert Level 2 restrictions will apply to ensure safe practice including physical distancing and a maximum of 100 people at one time. QR codes will also be made available for contact tracing, along with hand sanitiser. If you're unwell, please stay at home - you can still have your say by completing our online survey.
