Horowhenua District Council's main office will be closed on Thursday 25 April in observance of ANZAC Day. Residents and visitors are invited to attend ANZAC Day observances throughout Horowhenua. There will be no changes to Thursday's Kerbside Rubbish & Recycling collection on ANZAC Day.
