Horowhenua District Council funds projects that add to the wide variety of quality activities and services available in the Horowhenua District.

Our district needs to build an estimated 440 homes every year for the next decade if we are to meet demand – many of those homes are likely to be built by developers in Taraika with the rest spread across the district.
