An agenda consists of the order paper and unconfirmed minutes of the previous meeting(s). Draft unconfirmed minutes shown below remain draft until they are confirmed by Council. Public Excluded Agendas and Minutes are not made readily available to the public, however where there is a Public Excluded Agenda, the item headings can be seen at the back of the Open Agendas. Publicly Excluded Minutes can also be requested following the official information request process.
Council, the Foxton Community Board and committees of Council will meet in person or via Audio Visual link.
If public meetings cannot be held safely, Council may meet via Audio Visual link, at which point the public would be notified. Members of the public will be able to watch meetings live, on our Council Meetings Live page. A recording of each meeting will be published as soon as it is available.
During COVID-19 Alert Level 2 you can still be part of the decision making process by speaking via audio-visual link or you can make a written submission that will be referred to during the meeting, by sending it to email@example.com or by contacting our Governance Team on 06 366 0999. You may also email in supporting information which will be circulated to Council prior to the meeting. Requests for public participation and/or submissions must be received no later than 12pm on the day of the meeting.
