Minimum Engineering Standards

The Minimum Engineering Standards are designed to provide practical guidelines for the engineering requirements which relate to such areas as roading, earthworks and provision of underground services with regard to Recourse Consent applications in the Horowhenua District.  These Standards can be applied during the investigation, design and construction of any development.
