Horowhenua District Council's Water fees and charges for the 2011/2012 financial year are available below.

All fees are stated as GST inclusive but are subject to any increase in GST. Council reserves the right to review any fees and charges at any time. Please check with Council for any updates.

Where unusual circumstances justify, a fee of $155.00 per connection applied for will be payable. The application fee also includes wastewater connections.
