The Long Term Council Community Plan 2009-2019, or LTCCP, contains Council's Development Contributions Policy. Amendments to this Policy were made under Council's Annual Plan, adopted on 1 July 2010.
A full copy of the 2009 policy is available in Council's LTCCP 2009-2019 Section 02: Council Policies (PDF, 2.25 MB). The amendments made in 2010 are available on LTCCP 2009-2019 and in the Annual Plan 2010-2011. These only relate to Granny Flats/Sleepouts and Rural Farm Buildings (excluding dwellings).
