Resource Consent Bond Refund Application Form

Please use the following form if you have previously paid a bond to Council as part of a land use resource consent (eg for a relocated building) or as part of fulfilling the conditions of a subdivision consent (eg for completion of roading or services installation after issuing new titles) and you now wish to apply for a refund of the bond (or part of it) because the works that were required by the bond are now complete.

Please note that this form is not intended to be used for applications for refunds of vehicle entranceway bonds charged in relation to Building Consents – a separate form and process is followed for refunding these bonds. Please ask Council's Customer Services staff for the relevant form and process.
