Welcome to the Horowhenua District Council's Liquor and Health News.  This publication replaces the separate Liquor Licensing and Environmental Health newsletters and will be produced twice a year. As well as providing information for businesses with food and liquor licenses, this newsletter will also contain articles relevant to other health licence holders such as camping grounds, hairdressers and funeral homes.
