Youth Facilitation, a Toolkit for Active Engagement
This course will look at a practical toolkit of skills that can be used to engage youth in a variety of situations. Having a hands-on methodology, participants should expect to get involved in some activities while they learn; and leave with a plethora of activities, strategies, and mannerisms to help keep youth focused, engaged, and learning in a positive way.
This programme will help those who work directly OR indirectly with youth; specifically how to keep them engaged while working with them, and how to communicate effectively for a certain outcome. This workshop will be run by Ramon Narayan: a talented youth worker with over 13 years experience in the field of engagement and participation, as well as a manager in the youth education field, and an event coordinator.
If you find yourself working with youth in any capacity, make sure you book yourself (or your staff) into this course, as they are always immensely valuable and popular.
There is no cost for attending this workshop under the Community Capacity Building Subsidy.
