Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom
This transformation of Foxton's cultural precinct will result in a world-class, multi-purpose cultural heritage centre that celebrates the stories of cultures once a world apart, now brought together in Horowhenua.
The $7 million complex will be built on the site of the current 17th century replica Dutch windmill - De Molen - between Main Street and the river loop. The Trust Deed was signed in 2010. We are now in the process of turning our vision into reality.
