Congratulatory Message Service

The Mayor and Councillors are keen to acknowledge the following attainments reached by residents within our district by way of the congratulatory letters being sent to:

• Couples celebrating their 50th (Golden) or 60th (Diamond) Wedding Anniversaries
• Individuals celebrating their 90th or 100th birthdays.

These are quite significant events in the lives of our residents and we wish to ensure that the best wishes of the Mayor, Councillors and staff are appropriately conveyed to them when such events occur.

We are particularly keen to acknowledge such events and the individual's/couples' involvement in the progress and development of our district on such occasions.

A complimentary message form is available in PDF format below to request formal recognition by Council of these very special occasions. It should be noted that this is additional to any congratulatory message made by the Prime Minister, Governor General through the Department of Internal Affairs.
