Internet Banking Payments

Horowhenua District Council's rates notices, water accounts, accounts (debtors), infringements and other accounts can be paid by Internet or Telephone Banking.  This page contains helpful information to help guide you through the payment process.

You will need to set up a separate payment for each account you hold to ensure your payment is credited to the correct account.  It is important that you ensure the correct details, as set out below, are completed for each payment type.
