Notice is given that at a Council meeting on 2 July 2008 it was resolved "That pursuant to Section 342 and the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, the Horowhenua District Council hereby declare that the Service Lane, Main Street, Foxton, as shown on Plan SO 403473 with an area of 341 square metres is now stopped."
