Public Notice is hereby given that the Horowhenua District Council, at a meeting held on Wednesday, 4 November 2009, adopted the following resolution:

“The Horowhenua District Council, pursuant to Section 342 and the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, hereby declares those portions of Waitohu Valley Road, Manakau South, as shown on Plan SO 401988 Sections 2, 5, 7 & 9 with a total area of 1689m² are now stopped.”
