The Impounding Act 1955, Section 46(2)

The undermentioned stock, having been seized for impounding at Horowhenua District Council Stock Pound is impounded at 169 Mako Mako Road, Levin.

• One large black sow and five assorted piglets

Notice is hereby given that, unless claimed by the owner, the stock will be sold by public auction at the Levin Sale Yards, Cambridge Street, Levin on Tuesday 16th February 2010 or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955.
