Network and Service Maintenance Contracts 2010-2015 - Extension of Acknowledgement Time

The 16 Horowhenua District Council maintenance contracts are now out for proposals to be submitted for contract work.

Council has extended the Acknowledgement Time that participants are required to submit the acknowledgement Form (Schedule 6 of the RFP document) by as part of the Request for Proposals from 5 February 2010 to 12 February 2010.  This extension will provide contractors with further opportunity to submit proposals to undertake Councils maintenance work.  Requests for proposals will still close on the same nominated date of noon 5 March 2010.

Participants that have already submitted an Acknowledgement Form within the deadline are able to resubmit their Acknowledgement Form with any changes desired to the allocated Maintenance Services Contracts they intend to submit a proposal for.
