Unwanted or expired agrichemical collection

The Agrecovery Rural Recycling programme will shortly be holding collections for unwanted or expired agrichemicals in the Horowhenua region.

To book collection simply go online to www.agrecovery.co.nz where a simple search function allows you to select the agrichemicals you wish to dispose of or contact Agrecovery on freephone 0800 247 326 for a booking form. 

Many chemicals are eligible for free disposal through the support of the 55 brand owners who participate in the Agrecovery programme, while others may be subsidised through central government funding.

Bookings are required by 9th March 2012.

For household or garden chemicals please contact Horowhenua District Council on (06) 366 0999 for disposal options as these are not subsidised under the Agrecovery Chemicals programme.
