Vehicle Entranceway Policy

Horowhenua District Council has updated its Vehicle Entranceway Policy. 

There have been some changes to wording within the policy.  The fees charged for the Vehicle Entranceway/Damage Deposit as part of the building consent process have also changed effective from 1 July 2010.

The new fees are:

• Rural Zones: $1,500.00
• All other Zones: $2,000.00
• Zones as defined in the Council’s District Plan.

Note: Commercial development damage deposits may be higher than the above depending on the scope of work.
