Horowhenua District Council is proud to announce the adoption of the Horowhenua Youth Strategy and Implementation Plan 2010 - 2013 at Council's Ordinary meeting on 3 March 2010.

Ahead lies exciting challenges as we endeavour as a community to empower our young people to make positive choices about their life.
